Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Establish the long-term vision and goals for the product.

• Create design concepts and business logic for the product, engaging stakeholders and other Product Owners.

• Oversee and enhance the product team (both business and tech) along with external service providers.

• Ensure compliance with agile processes that are tailored to meet the specific needs of our products and projects, considering relevant operational factors.

• Maintain quality standards and meet user requirements for the developed APIs.

• Prioritize the product backlog in alignment with the broader strategy and vision.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics or a similar qualification with an emphasis on finance, investment evaluation, or company valuation.

• Several years of experience as a Product Owner in agile product development environments.

• A strong desire to take on responsibility within an agile IT organization and a deep affinity for digital processes.

• Excellent analytical abilities, a holistic approach to thinking, and an independent, organized working style.

• Outstanding communication skills, strong initiative, and assertiveness in managing stakeholders.

• Proficiency in German (both spoken and written) and very good English language skills.
