This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take independent ownership of and manage the product backlog for your designated area by crafting clear user stories and establishing acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, and driving prioritization decisions in partnership with leadership.
• Independently oversee the execution of releases, managing the entire process from start to finish, addressing dependencies, mitigating risks, and guaranteeing seamless, successful releases throughout the organization.
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of your area of ownership and its impact on other product domains.
• Have expertise in analyzing, processing, and managing extensive financial datasets and products.
• Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with data providers and third-party entities.
• Engage in solution-oriented activities to determine how to address key challenges within your product ownership area by collaborating with cross-functional teams to create well-defined epics.
• Support the team’s product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with the broader product strategy while prioritizing features, establishing timelines, and keeping stakeholders updated.
• Assist in the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success and user engagement.
• Analyze market and competitor data, learning to identify trends and potential opportunities.
• Participate in user research, evaluating feedback, and validating new features or concepts with end-users to ensure they meet actual customer needs.
• Enhance customer engagement by attending meetings, documenting notes, and aiding in follow-up actions while learning effective methods for gathering customer feedback.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in a blend of business analysis, product management, project management, and/or software application development.
• A team player capable of adapting to shifting priorities and objectives.
• Proven track record in managing a product backlog and producing clear, actionable user stories.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
• Basic knowledge of market research, user research, and customer feedback mechanisms.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including design and engineering.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the financial industry.
