Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Facilitate collaboration among business units, IT, vendors, and external partners.

• Cultivate and manage relationships with technology vendors, including those providing AI solutions.

• Propel project execution by monitoring milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.

• Assist in integrating internal systems with third-party platforms.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to deploy innovative solutions for the Contact Center.

• Ensure visibility and communication across various initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in a Product Owner role or a similar position.

• Proven experience in managing technology vendors and external partnerships.

• Experience in working collaboratively with business and IT teams.

• Familiarity with AI technologies or AI-driven solutions.

• Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Background in supporting software, platform, or technology implementations.

• Proficient in Agile/Scrum Product Ownership.

• Skilled in Backlog Prioritization & User Story Writing.

• Knowledge of Change Management practices.

• Expertise in Stakeholder Management.

• Understanding of AI/ML Product Strategy.

• Knowledge of Contact Center Operations.

• Experience in Cross-Functional Collaboration.

• Ability to make Data-Driven Decisions.

• Proficient in SharePoint.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio.

• Experience with Power BI.

• Knowledge of Contact Center Platforms.

• Familiarity with GenAI/LLM Platforms.

• Proficient in using the Office Suite.

• Valid local legal authorization to work in the country where the position is based at the time of hire.
