This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Enhance and detail user stories, ensuring they are clear and have well-defined acceptance criteria;
• Assess requests based on their value, impact, risk, and alignment with product strategy;
• Oversee the development cycle to ensure consistency between requirements and deliverables;
• Facilitate requirements meetings, interviews, and needs-mapping sessions with key stakeholders;
• Examine business processes to spot opportunities for enhancement or automation;
• Convert business requirements into functional and technical specifications for the team;
• Validate deliverables against acceptance criteria, user experience, and business impact;
• Assist with functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation with end users;
• Assess hypotheses, MVPs, prototypes, and A/B test results when relevant;
• Actively engage in planning, review, refinement, and other Agile ceremonies;
• Collaborate with the team to clarify inquiries regarding business rules, workflows, and expectations;
• Foster ongoing alignment between the business and technical teams;
• Identify opportunities based on data, feedback, and product metrics;
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement in processes, deliverables, and user experiences;
• Track product indicators such as usage, delivered value, performance, and satisfaction;
• Investigate business requirements related to ERP modules;
• Create detailed specifications and validate solutions with stakeholders;
• Suggest enhancements and developments for ERP modules in line with organizational processes;
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Product Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field;
• Experience in managing a product backlog, prioritizing based on value, effort, impact, and business strategy;
• Demonstrated ability to define product vision and create a roadmap, ensuring clarity in objectives, goals, and strategic drivers;
• Excellent stakeholder interaction skills, including alignment, collection, and ongoing validation of needs;
• Proficient in product metrics analysis, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative data to guide decisions;
• Experience in validating deliverables and hypotheses, including MVPs, A/B tests, defining acceptance criteria, and gathering feedback;
• Understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior, keeping an eye on trends, competitors, and opportunities for product enhancement;
