Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the finance and reimbursement backlog — prioritize based on genuine impact rather than distractions.

• Convert reimbursement guidelines and payer specifications into actionable user stories with defined acceptance criteria.

• Engage directly with clinics: gain insights into the billing process on the ground, including workarounds and challenges.

• Ensure multiple squads progress in a unified direction within the finance domain without hindering their momentum.

• Make daily trade-offs — balancing compliance with speed, and deciding between deepening focus in a single market versus creating scalable solutions.

• Collaborate with Design to ensure billing workflows are user-friendly, even if the underlying logic is complex.

• Test ideas early with clinics and subject matter experts.

• Eliminate poor choices during the discovery phase, rather than after a sprint.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product ownership or product management, specifically in billing, invoicing, claims, or reimbursement.

• You craft stories and acceptance criteria that are clear and do not require follow-up clarification.

• You are familiar with regulatory details — capable of interpreting a reimbursement policy and translating it into requirements independently.

• You possess the skill to prioritize effectively when everything seems urgent.

• You can manage stakeholders with differing opinions and arrive at a consensus that satisfies everyone involved.

• Comfortable presenting functionalities — you articulate the 'why' in addition to the 'what.'

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken (B2+ level).
