Product Owner, AI Enablement, Product Innovation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Identification, assessment, and execution of AI-driven solutions for our products and internal processes.

• Prioritization and upkeep of the product backlog concerning AI-related functionalities.

• Close collaboration with development teams and management to agilely implement innovative AI and automation solutions.

• Analysis of technological advancements in Generative AI, leading to strategic recommendations.

• Coordination of both internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the establishment of AI applications within the organization.

• Assessment of customer feedback, user behavior, and process metrics to enhance AI solutions.

• Assistance in defining governance, security, and compliance requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in (business) informatics, computer science, or a comparable qualification.

• Experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within software development projects.

• A strong interest in artificial intelligence, Generative AI, process automation, and contemporary product technologies.

• Practical experience with AI-driven products, LLMs, copilots, or automation solutions.

• Excellent understanding of agile development methodologies such as Scrum.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to integrate technical and business needs systematically.

• Proactive, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for new technologies.

• A solution-oriented and pragmatic approach to work.

• Business-fluent in both German and English, written and spoken.
