Product Owner – AI Agents, Automation

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete development process of the AI platform and customer experiences, from planning to implementation.

• Collaborate with engineers on prompt strategies, evaluation frameworks, and safety measures, ensuring a balance between latency, cost, and accuracy.

• Interpret technical concepts for both the engineering team and the wider organization.

• Establish best practices and standards for the AI platform.

• Enhance answer quality, customer satisfaction, and automation rates through experimentation.

• Collaborate with OpenAI partners to assess and launch next-generation voice models and workflow automation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical position such as forward deployed engineering or technical product management at a dynamic startup.

• A strong passion and curiosity for AI systems, including contemporary large language models (LLMs).

• Proven success in transforming intricate strategic concepts into scalable, production-ready products.

• Solid understanding of AI systems and tailored workflows.

• Proficient in discussing API design and system architecture.

• Capable of simplifying complex technical ideas for any audience.

• Familiarity with SQL and data analysis.

• Competent in assessing technical trade-offs and enforcing AI platform standards.
