Product Operator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead feature development from start to finish within your team: draft specifications, create tickets, assist engineers in overcoming obstacles, and ensure adherence to scope and timelines.

• Transform abstract product ideas into manageable, clear tasks that engineers can execute smoothly.

• Prioritize and sequence tasks across various platforms, often making decisions with limited information.

• Utilize the product on a daily basis, identify gaps, report bugs, and champion the user experience.

• Ensure operational transparency: monitor delivery, highlight obstacles early, and keep the team informed about release timelines.

• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Extensive experience in product execution collaborating closely with engineers.

• Demonstrated ability to break down complex concepts into actionable tasks swiftly.

• Comfort with navigating ambiguity while sustaining progress.

• Familiarity with AI-driven workflows (actively using LLMs for thinking, writing, and debugging).

• Experience with browser products or features related to browsers (such as tabs, navigation, extensions).

• Background in programming; we appreciate those with experience as engineers or founders.

• Experience in mobile product development (iOS and/or Android).

• Familiarity with cross-platform development and sequential rollouts.
