This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Facilitate onboarding sessions and comprehensive walkthroughs.
• Assist clients in effectively utilizing the product.
• Provide support to users as they familiarize themselves with workflows.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in onboarding, implementation, or roles involving direct customer interaction with products.
• Proven experience in assisting clients with the adoption of tools, platforms, or systems.
• Exceptional ability to simplify intricate workflows and articulate them clearly.
• Proficient in guiding clients through organized sessions and discussions.
• Proficiency in English at C1 or C2 level (mandatory).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills in a remote setting.

• Exposure to SaaS, CRM, or technology tools.
• Experience in customer success.
• Quick learner with the ability to explain software effectively.
• Background in Customer Education, Enablement, or Implementation.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is advantageous.
• Experience managing high-value or demanding clients.
• Fully remote position, allowing for location independence.
• Compensation ranges from $1,800 to $2,200 per month, depending on relevant experience and qualifications.
