This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Perform both quantitative and qualitative market analyses, focusing on emerging trends, competitor dynamics, customer behavior, and key metrics such as adoption rates, churn, trial-to-paid conversion, and industry benchmarks (e.g., growth within the electronic signature subscription market).
• Establish the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), chart the customer journey, and pinpoint friction points or opportunities to enhance retention and satisfaction.
• Create strategic positioning frameworks and value propositions, converting complex technical features (like APIs and integrations) into clear, measurable benefits.
• Direct the planning and execution of product launches, coordinating timelines, resources, and success metrics to ensure maximum impact.
• Utilize data analysis tools to derive actionable insights and recommend strategic modifications that align with business goals.
• Analyze direct and indirect competitors, assessing pricing strategies, market positioning, gaps, and potential disruptive threats.
• Work collaboratively with product, sales, and customer success teams to synchronize on revenue, adoption, and expansion objectives, fostering cross-functional synergies.
• Serve as the “voice of the customer” in product planning, prioritizing features based on customer feedback and usage data to spur innovation.
• Conduct customer interviews and research to uncover churn drivers, upsell opportunities, and qualitative insights that aid in ongoing improvements.
• Oversee internal product communications, encompassing training, updates, and enablement materials for sales and support teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, aligning expectations, leading cross-functional meetings, and addressing conflicts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Business Administration, Communications, Engineering, or similar fields.
• Demonstrated experience in product marketing, ideally in high-performance environments.
• Highly organized, deadline-focused, and proactive, with a collaborative mindset to thrive in dynamic settings.
• Advanced competencies in data analysis, metrics, and feedback, capable of translating these into actionable strategies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, emphasizing storytelling and the influence of stakeholders at all levels.
• Capacity to convey technical insights to non-technical audiences effectively.
• Familiarity with AI tools for marketing automation, campaign personalization, and predictive analytics.
• Proficient in advanced data analysis for visualization and data modeling.
• Experience with essential skills such as SEO/SEM, marketing automation, and CRM integration.
