This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Collaborate with the Head of Product Marketing to design and implement marketing strategies and plans for both new and existing products, aligned with business priorities.
• Develop engaging and distinctive product messaging customized for various buyer groups, segments, and industry sectors.
• Create comprehensive campaign briefs and work alongside the demand generation team for effective execution.
• Ensure messaging consistency across all customer interactions, including the website, email, sales presentations, and marketing materials.
• Generate high-quality sales materials such as pitch decks, one-pagers, playbooks, brochures, product videos, objection-handling guides, and FAQs that facilitate every phase of the sales process.
• Regularly update competitive battlecards, objection-handling resources, and positioning documents in response to market changes.
• Define and refine beqom’s unique selling propositions (USPs) in partnership with Product, ensuring alignment with buyer needs and market trends.
• Create monthly analyses and progress reports on product marketing initiatives, highlighting clear metrics and KPIs.
• Design, organize, and execute field enablement programs that assist in product launches, messaging revisions, and significant go-to-market efforts.
• Collaborate with Product to present product updates in a format that is actionable and user-friendly for the field.
• Promote a culture of ongoing learning and field empowerment within the commercial organization through sales accreditation programs.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance a centralized library of enablement content and resources.
• Monitor the adoption and impact of enablement programs, making adjustments based on feedback and performance metrics.
• Serve as a reliable partner to commercial colleagues, ensuring a consistent representation of product value at every touchpoint.
• Work closely with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and other teams to facilitate successful product launches and seamless market integration.
• Align closely with the Growth Marketing team to synchronize campaigns, sales initiatives, and promotional activities aimed at increasing product visibility and generating leads in targeted markets.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product Management to create tailored materials that support growth opportunities with key clients.
• Proven background in product marketing or a similar role within B2B technology, with a solid understanding of the SaaS buyer journey.
• Demonstrated experience in crafting messaging and supporting go-to-market strategies for portfolio offerings.
• Experience with product launches and go-to-market planning.
• Background in supporting software product lifecycle communications, including general availability and release communications.
• Strong customer-centric approach — capable of identifying pain points and translating them into effective marketing strategies.
• Proven stakeholder management abilities, including experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Strategic thinker with robust execution capabilities — adept at transitioning from concept to action with clarity and speed.
• An AI-first perspective, actively investigating how GenAI tools can enhance and expedite your work.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong proficiency in written and verbal communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
