This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Formulate and execute product marketing strategies, encompassing positioning and messaging tailored for both national and international markets, while orchestrating the related marketing initiatives.
• Develop content tailored to specific target audiences for product marketing in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders.
• Strategize and carry out product launches for new products and features.
• Analyze customer and market data to identify target personas and emerging market trends.
• Conduct competitive analyses to gain a comprehensive understanding of market positioning.
• Provide support to all sales channels through effective sales enablement, including training and the provision of essential sales tools.
• Collaborate with product management, marketing, and sales to create go-to-market strategies, which include audience-, product-, and media-specific support for campaign execution and comprehensive communications focused on lead nurturing.
• Assist product management in formulating long-term product strategies for Legal Tech SaaS solutions.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key analysts to ensure visibility in pertinent reports.
• Partner with your product manager to serve as the primary thought leader for the products under your supervision, delivering presentations, granting media interviews, and producing content.
• At least 3–5 years of professional experience in an international setting in product marketing or product management, ideally within the software SaaS industry and/or Legal Tech.
• A degree or vocational training focusing on marketing, product management, business informatics, or a related field is advantageous.
• Demonstrated success in developing product-related go-to-market strategies and executing marketing initiatives in the B2B sector.
• Strong customer and service orientation.
• Exceptional organizational abilities, pragmatism, and robust conceptual skills.
• Proactive, assertive, cooperative, and capable of working independently.
• Excellent communication skills, creativity, team spirit, and adaptability.
• Experience with AI solutions such as ChatGPT, Claude, and others in product marketing (e.g., for enhanced content creation, conceptualization, and visualization).
• Proficient in both German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
