πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Generating and validating hypotheses: identifying and testing ideas within pricing strategies, upselling, and bundling based on data and user behavior.

β€’ Pricing and market tests: designing and launching structured experiments related to pricing models, entry points in regional markets, and willingness to pay.

β€’ Upsell mechanics: analyzing and testing digital and physical upsells β€” from offer design to placement and conversion.

β€’ Conversion work: developing new monetization approaches within funnels, testing, and continuously improving offer, checkout, and upsell conversion rates.

β€’ Market and competitor analysis: monitoring the market and competitors to identify unconventional growth opportunities ahead of others.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ 2–3+ years of experience in the role of Product Marketing Manager, Growth Manager, or Monetization Manager.

β€’ Proficient in analytics β€” confident in handling metrics and analytical tools, with the ability to formulate hypotheses and test them through experiments.

β€’ Practical experience conducting A/B tests, user research, and competitive analysis.

β€’ Monetization experience β€” familiarity with monetization strategies, experiments, and upselling will be a significant advantage.

β€’ Cross-functional collaboration β€” ability to work effectively with designers, engineers, and marketing teams, influencing decision-making.

β€’ Proven success cases throughout the complete cycle of hypothesis work, from generation to statistically significant wins. Important, practical skills in prioritizing and deprioritizing experiments and quality post-analysis of conducted tests.

β€’ English proficiency at B2+ level.
