This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Create and implement strategies that enhance awareness, adoption, and growth of our automation solutions.
• Convert product vision into unique market positioning by establishing clear messaging, positioning, and value propositions.
• Oversee customer-driven commercialization and go-to-market (GTM) execution, ensuring outstanding launches across product, sales, marketing, and support.
• Continuously refine GTM performance by utilizing market feedback, win/loss analyses, and funnel data to enhance sales enablement, demand generation, and execution effectiveness.
• Combine insights from buyers, customers, and competitive intelligence into actionable strategies, collaborating with Commercial and Field Marketing to fuel campaigns.
• Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field; a PhD or MBA is advantageous.
• Over 3 years of experience in product marketing, laboratory automation, or similar roles in the life sciences sector.
• Strong understanding of automated laboratory workflows and technologies utilized in life sciences research.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to simplify intricate technical concepts.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Experience in creating marketing content and supporting product launches.
