This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Transform product vision into unique market positioning by establishing clear messaging, positioning, and value propositions that enhance brand equity and competitive edge.
• Spearhead customer-driven commercialization and go-to-market execution, ensuring successful launches across product, sales, marketing, and support to boost adoption and revenue.
• Continuously refine go-to-market performance by utilizing market feedback, win/loss analysis, and funnel metrics to enhance sales enablement, demand generation, and execution efficiency.
• Consolidate buyer, customer, and competitive insights into practical strategies, overseeing the comprehensive product content strategy throughout the customer journey and collaborating with Commercial and Field Marketing to energize campaigns and empower commercial teams.
• A Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related discipline; a PhD or MBA is advantageous.
• Proven experience in product marketing, laboratory automation, or similar roles in the life sciences sector.
• Strong comprehension of automated laboratory workflows and technologies utilized in life sciences research.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a knack for simplifying complex technical ideas.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial.
• Experience in creating marketing content and assisting with product launches.
