Product Marketing Manager – Esports

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Take charge of product marketing for our esports offerings across all B2B interactions.

• Define and enhance positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored for sportsbook operators.

• Convert intricate product capabilities into straightforward, engaging commercial narratives.

• Collaborate closely with Sales to boost win rates, reduce sales cycles, and refine ideal customer profile targeting.

• Spearhead go-to-market strategies for new features, products, and market expansions.

• Create and maintain essential product marketing materials (pitch decks, one-pagers, sales enablement tools, website messaging).

• Gain in-depth knowledge of competitors and continually sharpen our unique selling points.

• Work alongside Product and Trading teams to integrate customer insights into product development.

• Assist enterprise deals with customized messaging and strategic storytelling.

• Ensure consistency across all external communications (web, events, PR, partnerships).

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in product marketing, B2B marketing, or a related field (e.g., solutions marketing, growth in B2B SaaS).

• Experience with complex or technical products and selling to professional buyers.

• Strong skills in positioning and messaging — the ability to simplify while retaining essential details.

• A solid understanding of B2B sales processes and the role marketing plays in driving revenue.

• Comfortable working across various functions, including Product, Sales, and other stakeholders.

• Capable of operating with incomplete information and creating structure where it is lacking.

• Organized, practical, and able to balance speed and quality effectively.

• A strong interest in esports, betting, or gaming is a significant advantage.

• Bonus: experience with AI, data products, or trading environments.
