This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and oversee go-to-market strategies for new products, product extensions, and feature launches.
• Convert product and business strategies into comprehensive marketing plans, messaging frameworks, and launch timelines.
• Collaborate with the SVP of Marketing to establish positioning, messaging, and launch narratives.
• Manage cross-functional launch planning and coordination across marketing, product, operations, and patient services.
• Oversee launch timelines and ensure that marketing deliverables align with overall product and operational readiness.
• Coordinate deliverables among marketing teams, including creative, brand, copy, lifecycle marketing, and digital marketing.
• Conduct market analysis, competitive research, and gather customer insights to guide product positioning and growth opportunities.
• Identify market opportunities and assist in translating insights into actionable product or messaging recommendations.
• Monitor launch performance and carry out post-launch analysis to pinpoint areas for optimizing messaging, positioning, or growth strategy.
• Aid in evaluating new product ideas or business opportunities by grounding concepts in market research, data, and customer insights.
• Engage in discussions with founders and leadership regarding new initiatives, ensuring that key strategic decisions are converted into actionable plans.
• 4-8+ years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or growth marketing.
• Proven experience in launching physical consumer products (ecommerce, supplements, skincare, wellness, or consumer health is strongly preferred).
• Background in high-growth startups or fast-paced environments.
• Strong project management and organizational skills across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to distill complex product concepts into clear messaging and positioning.
• Excellent analytical skills, with a comfort level in market research and performance analysis.
• Outstanding communication skills with a capacity to collaborate across teams and levels of leadership.
• Capability to manage multiple launches and priorities concurrently.
• Strategic thinker who can integrate product, brand, and growth initiatives.
