This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +17 more states.
• Take ownership of positioning and messaging for DNSid and upcoming Innovation Labs offerings.
• Create and maintain buyer personas, ideal customer profiles (ICPs), and buying journeys.
• Develop unique, customer-focused messaging for enterprise, developer, and ecosystem audiences.
• Perform competitive intelligence and market analysis.
• Produce sales enablement materials, customer presentations, and solution briefs.
• Assist in pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies.
• Craft customer stories, design partner case studies, and proof points.
• Collaborate with Business Development on key customer engagements.
• Oversee product launch planning in conjunction with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
• Ensure consistent messaging across all customer interactions.
• Convert roadmap priorities into external communications.
• Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Business Development, Developer Relations, and Communications.
• Gather customer insights and relay market requirements back into Product Success Expectations.
• Establish and implement a clear framework for positioning, messaging, personas, and ICPs for DNSid across diverse audiences.
• Develop the core commercial enablement library, including customer presentations, use-case briefs, FAQs, competitive guidance, and partner materials.
• Create and execute a customer-focused, repeatable product launch process for all priority releases and announcements.
• Develop market-ready use cases and vertical narratives that enhance the quality and consistency of customer and partner engagements.
• Provide credible customer or partner proof points and assist in improving conversion rates throughout the defined stages of the commercial funnel.
• 8-12 years of experience in Product Marketing, Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy, or Strategic Marketing for B2B technology firms.
• Proven track record of successfully launching complex technical products from inception to market, particularly in AI, cloud, identity, cybersecurity, developer platforms, or enterprise infrastructure.
• Ability to create customer-centric positioning, messaging, buyer personas, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies that promote commercial adoption.
• A disciplined marketer who understands how to position brands based on value and impact rather than just functionality and features.
• Experience in launching products and developing enablement programs for sales, partners, and customers.
• Strong commercial insight with the capability to translate technical innovations into compelling business value for executives, developers, and enterprise buyers.
• Outstanding communication, storytelling, writing, and presentation abilities.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Business Development, and executive leadership to influence strategy and roadmap.
• Highly analytical, with experience in gathering customer insights, competitive intelligence, and market research to guide business decisions.
• AI-native operator who utilizes AI to enhance research, content creation, competitive analysis, and commercial execution.
• Builder mentality with a proactive approach, intellectual curiosity, and an ability to thrive in a dynamic, early-stage environment.
• Willingness to travel as required for customer meetings, partner workshops, and industry events.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
