This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Enhance onboarding funnels, quizzes, paywalls, and subscription processes
• Boost ARPU/RPU and elevate monetization efficiency
• Initiate and evaluate A/B testing and experimental projects
• Enhance conversion rates, retention, and subscription metrics
• Collaborate with creative teams, product managers, analysts, and founders
• Formulate and assess pricing structures, offers, and monetization strategies
• Evaluate funnel performance and pinpoint opportunities for revenue growth
• Partner closely with acquisition and billing teams to optimize overall unit economics
• Over 5 years of pertinent experience
• Extensive hands-on expertise in:
• Mobile applications and subscription-based monetization
• Quiz-driven funnels and paywalls
• Onboarding enhancement
• A/B testing and experimental methodologies
• ARPU / LTV / conversion enhancement
• Data-informed product development
• Regular daily use of AI tools and agents — this is a mandatory requirement, not optional
• Full-time availability, no side projects permitted
