This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Establish and manage a consistent launch process involving product managers, marketing, sales enablement, support, and customer marketing.
• Take ownership of positioning, messaging, and competitive documentation for each product and workload.
• Ensure quality control over high-value content including pages, emails, launch assets, and posts.
• Standardize the submission process for launch requests from product managers.
• Confirm internal preparedness: support teams receive launch FAQs, and sales teams are informed of changes and their rationale prior to launch day.
• Determine the appropriate level of visibility for each release and oversee its execution.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a comparable role within B2B SaaS.
• Demonstrated ownership of go-to-market (GTM) or product launches, rather than mere contributions.
• Naturally skilled at building bridges and earning trust with both product managers and marketers.
• Capable of extracting narratives from product discussions and translating technical details for buyers.
• Strong instincts for process without unnecessary complexity.
• Proficient in AI-driven workflows, automating repetitive tasks while enhancing complex processes.
• Exceptional writing and rigorous editing skills.
• Comfortable identifying incorrect messaging and substantiating your position.
• Experience working with IT professionals or within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem is a significant advantage.
