This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.
• In our products and services, define "what is perceived as valuable and why it is chosen" based on customer challenges, decision-making structures, and the competitive environment.
• Design a consistent communication strategy that conveys this definition across all customer touchpoints, including sales, content, and PR.
• Design positioning and value propositions.
• Understand the challenges and decision-making processes of target customers, such as executives and business leaders.
• Define positioning considering competitors and alternatives.
• Develop messaging and storytelling.
• Comprehend the philosophies and functionalities of complex products and translate them into business value and reasons for decision-making.
• Construct a compelling narrative that explains "why it is needed now" based on customer challenges and organizational context.
• Establish a consistent messaging framework for the product.
• Deploy content and customer touchpoints effectively.
• Ability to structure and articulate information.
• Proficiency in storytelling.
• Deep understanding of the B2B/IT sector.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Provision of desired PC, monitors, etc.
• Transportation expenses reimbursed (based on number of in-office days).
• Comprehensive social insurance coverage.
• Support for learning initiatives (book purchases, conference attendance fees, etc.).
