This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Develop and take ownership of product positioning and messaging that connects with various audiences β from shop floor personnel to IT and OT leadership.
β’ Create sales and enablement resources such as battlecards, one-pagers, presentations, solution sheets, and internal briefings.
β’ Support go-to-market strategies for new features, releases, or products β including messaging, audience targeting, and launch materials.
β’ Generate content and campaigns that address market needs, build trust, and facilitate the buyer decision-making process.
β’ Conduct and maintain competitive analyses to foster differentiation and refine the roadmap or messaging.
β’ Collaborate closely with product managers, implementation consultants, sales colleagues, and marketing team members.
β’ Contribute to thought-leadership initiatives, use-case narratives, and executive-level content.
β’ Continuously refine messaging based on market feedback, signals, and performance analytics.
β’ 3β5+ years of experience in product marketing, content strategy, or go-to-market in a B2B SaaS setting β preferably in logistics, robotics, manufacturing, or industrial software.
β’ Ability to convert technical complexity into clear, benefit-focused communication for diverse stakeholders.
β’ Experience in start-up, scale-up, or matrix-organized environments with cross-functional collaboration.
β’ Confident in creating content and materials β from concept to execution β with a strategic focus on narrative and positioning.
β’ Familiarity with sales enablement practices and tools (battlecards, competitive analyses, objection handling, personas, etc.).
β’ A structured, proactive, and collaborative working style β you are eager to shape the role rather than merely fill it.
β’ Native-level German and very strong written and spoken English; proficiency in French or Spanish is a plus (may substitute for German in exceptional cases).
