Product Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Champion the adoption of new products and services launched by SplitMetrics across various offerings, including SplitMetrics Acquire and App Radar.

• Ensure that customer-facing teams are aligned and informed about the product’s features and their associated value.

• Enhance our communication strategies to achieve improved performance within key user segments.

• Lead the go-to-market strategy for new features and enhancements we roll out, concentrating on driving user adoption.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to establish the positioning, messaging, and narrative for new features and product enhancements.

• Develop and refine internal training materials that empower our sales, customer success, support, and business development teams to meet their objectives.

• Assess the outcomes of product launches to refine our product strategy in conjunction with the Product Managers team.

• Keep our customers informed and engaged, such as through monthly newsletters.

• Optimize automated communication workflows to enhance performance.

• Create, update, and maintain competitive battle cards.

• Enhance core product marketing processes with AI workflows to streamline the maintenance of internal knowledge.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager in B2B SaaS or consumer applications.

• Proven experience in developing marketing materials, including emails, internal training presentations, product data sheets, battle cards, and more.

• Background in marketing for the US and EMEA regions.

• Exceptional command of English, both written and verbal.

• A strong sense of ownership in all tasks undertaken.

• Excellent prioritization and execution abilities – you tackle what’s necessary and devise creative solutions to challenges.

• Ability to collaborate comfortably with a variety of stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Support.

• An AI-savvy individual who looks for opportunities to enhance routine workflows through AI while maintaining the quality of key deliverables and documents.

• Previous experience in marketing technology is advantageous but not mandatory.
