This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
β’ Take ownership of and enhance the entire web funnel process (quiz β onboarding β paywall β activation).
β’ Examine user behavior to pinpoint conversion obstacles throughout the funnel.
β’ Create and implement A/B tests and growth experiments aimed at boosting crucial funnel metrics.
β’ Initiate and expand multiple funnel experiments weekly across various markets.
β’ Develop and refine lifecycle email flows, including onboarding, activation, retention, and reactivation.
β’ Utilize product analytics tools to monitor performance and uncover growth opportunities.
β’ Work in close collaboration with product, engineering, design, performance marketing, and creative teams.
β’ Ensure cohesive alignment between advertising messages, landing pages, and product experiences.
β’ Perform user and market research to gain insights into user motivations and behaviors.
β’ Track and report on essential performance metrics such as CPA, conversion rate (CR), and predicted lifetime value (pLTV).
β’ Minimum of 3 years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, or related B2C roles.
β’ Proven track record in building and optimizing web funnels for digital products.
β’ Demonstrated ability to enhance conversion metrics through experimentation and A/B testing.
β’ Strong analytical mindset with the capability to work with funnel metrics and user behavior data.
β’ Practical experience in email marketing and lifecycle automation (flows, segmentation, triggers).
β’ Familiarity with product analytics tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Amplitude, PostHog, or similar platforms.
β’ Solid understanding of payment infrastructure and web funnel configurations.
β’ Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
β’ Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher.
β’ Nice to have: Experience in international markets (US, EU, UK, LATAM).
β’ Background in organizations with a strong performance marketing culture.
β’ Experience with subscription-based digital products.
β’ Knowledge of EdTech, AI-driven products, or lifestyle applications.
