Product Marketing Manager

Posted May 25

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Serve as the representative voice for the UKI customer, consistently engaging with users to grasp their language, nuances, and challenges, while pairing these insights with competitive trends to formulate a well-rounded perspective.

• Take ownership of the UKI product positioning. You'll translate global capabilities into clear, impactful narratives and messaging strategies that resonate with local audiences.

• Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success teams. You'll analyze their feedback and provide effective solutions (such as talk tracks, battlecards, and pitch narratives) that aid the region in achieving revenue and adoption goals.

• Manage complex and interdependent product releases. You'll ensure that workstreams remain on schedule, equipping all internal teams with the necessary materials prior to launch.

• Embrace a ‘trial and refine’ approach. If conventional channels like email are not effective, you’ll proactively seek and test new methods to ensure our message effectively reaches and engages customers.

• Commercially minded, with the capability to link messaging and product launches to tangible business outcomes and regional growth.

• Customer-focused, frequently engaging with customers and incorporating their language and insights into product positioning.

• Proficient in utilizing data (e.g., Looker or similar tools) to analyze performance and guide decision-making.

• Strong understanding of product use cases and the competitive landscape.

• Experience in cross-functional collaboration to support product launches and go-to-market execution involving Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

• Proactive and organized, capable of managing multiple initiatives while maintaining focus on the most impactful work.
