This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Take ownership of the strategy, planning, and execution of go-to-market (GTM) activities for new product introductions, feature upgrades, and commercial initiatives.
• Establish segmentation, targeting, and positioning strategies that align with market opportunities and deliver customer value.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to create cohesive GTM plans that promote adoption, generate pipeline, and enhance customer value realization.
• Coordinate across functions to ensure that commercial teams have the necessary messaging, resources, and training.
• Serve as the advocate for the customer—providing structured insights on buyer needs, behaviors, and challenges that inform product and GTM decision-making.
• Develop and maintain detailed customer personas, buying journeys, and use-case narratives.
• Influence product roadmaps by converting customer and market insights into requirements and opportunity evaluations.
• Craft compelling, value-driven product narratives that are rooted in customer outcomes and OneOcean’s mission.
• Establish core messaging frameworks and ensure consistency across all channels, regions, and product lines.
• Collaborate with Performance Marketing to bring messaging to life through campaigns, sales materials, and digital experiences.
• Work closely with commercial leaders to develop strategies that drive revenue—covering aspects such as pricing, packaging, segmentation, and adoption initiatives.
• Analyze market performance, pipeline trends, and campaign effectiveness to inform future GTM strategies.
• Assist with key deals or strategic accounts by providing tailored value messaging, competitive positioning, and proposal contributions.
• Act as the link between Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
• Engage and influence senior leaders throughout the organization with compelling storytelling, data-supported insights, and strong commercial acumen.
• Foster operational discipline around launch readiness, sharing market insights, and excellence in GTM processes.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Marketing, Go-To-Market, or Commercial Strategy (B2B SaaS or technology preferred; maritime industry exposure required).
• Proven track record of successfully bringing products to market, including GTM planning, launch execution, and commercial alignment.
• Strong grasp of customer research, segmentation, competitive analysis, and market insights techniques.
• Exceptional storytelling and messaging abilities; skilled at simplifying complex technical concepts into clear, value-focused narratives.
• Experience collaborating with or supporting global commercial teams.
• Strong analytical skills, utilizing data and insights to guide strategic decisions.
