This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Take ownership of and enhance MUI X's positioning and messaging, primarily targeting the Enterprise market.
• Create unique narratives that directly respond to essential buying discussions: MUI X compared to AG Grid, Bryntum, and the frequent alternative of "we'll build it in-house."
• Develop messaging tailored for various buyer personas - frontend engineers who assess, tech leads who recommend, as well as engineering managers, VPs, and CTOs who authorize budgets.
• Convert product capabilities (Data Grid, Charts, Date & Time Pickers, Tree View) into clear value propositions linked to productivity, time-to-market, and total cost of ownership.
• Guarantee consistent positioning across the website, sales materials, marketing campaigns, and product launch communications.
• Establish MUI's sales enablement framework from the ground up: including battle cards, competitive positioning documents, objection-handling guides, pitch decks, ROI frameworks, and case study templates.
• Collaborate closely with AEs to gain insight into where deals are won or lost, creating materials that directly address these pivotal moments.
• Define Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and buyer journey maps to provide Sales with a clearer focus on prioritizing and engaging with prospects at every stage.
• Transform product releases and roadmap highlights into sales-ready narratives for AEs to utilize in ongoing deals.
• Spearhead go-to-market (GTM) planning for significant MUI X releases and commercial initiatives - outline the strategy, align stakeholders across Sales, Product, and Developer Experience, and drive execution from start to finish.
• Produce launch-ready materials: website content, release communications, announcement emails, and supporting sales documents.
• Partner with Product to ensure launches are positioned for commercial significance, rather than solely developer awareness.
• Develop and sustain a competitive intelligence function: monitor AG Grid, Bryntum, and other alternatives; comprehend their positioning, pricing, and deal-wins.
• Distill customer and market insights into actionable recommendations regarding messaging priorities, roadmap contributions, and GTM strategies.
• Create a regular rhythm for relaying competitive and customer intelligence back to Sales and Product teams.
• Design and implement campaigns that cultivate a qualified pipeline for the Sales team, particularly focusing on Enterprise buyers.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to establish lead qualification criteria and create robust feedback loops between marketing efforts and sales results.
• Manage and monitor key funnel metrics: marketing-sourced pipeline, conversion rates, cost per qualified opportunity, and return on marketing investment.
• Lead performance campaigns across relevant channels (Google, LinkedIn, developer communities); conduct experiments and optimize based on data insights.
• 4-6 years of experience in product marketing or growth marketing, with substantial experience in B2B SaaS.
• Proven experience in building marketing programs from the ground up - rather than just taking over and optimizing existing frameworks.
• Experience in marketing technical products to engineering audiences, including developers, tech leads, engineering managers, and technical executives.
• Strong capability to develop positioning and messaging autonomously - able to craft a sharp, distinctive positioning document without needing a brief.
• A demonstrated history of generating qualified pipeline for Sales teams, with tangible examples of measurable impact.
• A "manager of one" mindset: you set your own priorities, create your own plans, and execute independently without requiring constant guidance or oversight.
• Excellent written communication skills in English, achieving a level that gains the trust of a developer audience.
• Comfortable working in a fully remote, asynchronous environment with minimal processes and a high degree of ownership.
