This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more state.
• Take ownership of the Rebus product narrative, messaging, positioning, and competitive differentiation.
• Collaborate with Product Management on planning releases and ensuring marketing readiness.
• Create messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies for new features and modules.
• Develop release materials, including email announcements, in-app messages, blog/landing page content, and release notes.
• Manage a release marketing calendar and monitor tasks in Monday.com.
• Control competitive battle cards and maintain a competitive matrix.
• Keep track of competitor positioning, pricing, and product developments; provide updates to Sales and leadership.
• Assist in creating objection-handling content for the sales team.
• Conduct customer and market research, synthesizing win/loss data, interviews, and survey feedback.
• Implement a product analytics system or tool like Pendo or UserPilot.
• Oversee customer lifecycle marketing, onboarding communications, upsell and cross-sell initiatives, and ongoing engagement efforts.
• Act as the marketing liaison for Customer Success and Account Management teams.
• Manage the Customer Product Spotlight program from start to finish.
• Build and enhance a customer advocacy pipeline that includes case studies, references, and testimonials.
• Support communications with customers regarding product changes.
• Create and maintain sales tools, including one-pagers, talk tracks, competitive matrices, and objection-handling guides.
• Train Sales and Customer Success teams on product releases, positioning, and competitive messaging.
• Facilitate communication between Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing regarding product-related matters.
• Represent product marketing in discussions about product planning and roadmaps.
• 4–7 years of experience in product marketing.
• Ideally, experience in B2B SaaS; expertise in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse software is a significant advantage.
• Proven experience in leading product launches from messaging to go-to-market execution.
• Familiarity with product analytics or in-app guidance platforms like Pendo, UserPilot, or Amplitude, or a strong interest in establishing one.
• Outstanding writing skills with the ability to convert technical product features into customer-centric value.
• Experience in building competitive intelligence programs and sales enablement resources.
• Background in customer lifecycle and onboarding communications, as well as upselling and retention strategies.
• Capacity to manage multiple workstreams independently and track progress using project management tools; experience with Monday.com is a plus.
• Strong communication skills for interactions with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and customers.
• Familiarity with marketing platforms such as HubSpot, WordPress, or Canva is advantageous.
• Comfort with AI tools like Claude is a bonus.
• Must reside in the United States or Canada.
