This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Overseeing key funnels and conversion metrics: analyzing the user journey from the initial click to purchase, pinpointing bottlenecks, and implementing hypotheses to enhance conversion rates.
• Identifying deficiencies in existing user journeys, assigning tasks for landing page, offer, and nurturing mechanism tests in collaboration with marketing, design, and sales teams.
• Fostering strong alignment between Marketing, Product, and Sales: gathering insights from the sales team (objections, customer pain points, buyer profiles) and translating these into decisions regarding acquisition, content, and product launches.
• Engaging in the launches of new features, courses, and significant internal initiatives within established brands.
• Creating and regularly updating the communication framework for flagship products: key messaging, JTBD, pain points, message hierarchy, and value proposition.
• Ensuring that offers across landing pages, creative materials, email communications, and sales scripts are consistent and aligned with the motivations of the target audience.
• Operating in a hypothesis-driven growth environment: testing concepts, measuring outcomes, and scaling initiatives that contribute positively to revenue.
• 3–4 years of experience in marketing / PMM / growth / product marketing, ideally within EdTech, SaaS, or sectors with a lengthy sales cycle and high ticket size.
• Strong grasp of marketing analytics and product metrics: CPL, ROMI, CR1 / CR2, and funnel conversion metrics.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions even when data sets are limited or flawed.
• Profound understanding of the following chain: audience → message → product → landing page → target action.
• Experience in conducting customer development interviews, JTBD interviews, competitor analysis, and detailed audience segmentation based on pain points and jobs-to-be-done, rather than solely demographics.
• Strong project management abilities: adept at managing multiple workstreams, establishing processes, documenting decisions, and ensuring organized delivery.
• Proficient use of tools like Jira / Asana, GA4 / Amplitude (basic level), Figma (for reviews and prototypes), Notion, and customer research / survey tools.
• Mandatory AI literacy: capable of utilizing AI tools for research, insight synthesis, hypothesis generation, and workflow optimization.
• Native-level proficiency in Russian (C2) and English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• High level of autonomy, ability to confidently advocate for ideas before stakeholders, and capacity to work cross-functionally.
• Opportunity to work with a smart, impactful EdTech product.
• Fully remote work from anywhere in the world (excluding Russia & Belarus).
• Employment contract with a German company.
• Monthly compensation ranging from €2000 to €2500.
• Access to courses offered by our educational center.
• Paid vacation days and sick leave allowance.
• Chance to work in a flexible startup environment where professional and career growth are highly valued.
• Provision of all necessary tools and resources to build strong cases and grow alongside the project.
