This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the product and platform positioning, articulating a clear rationale for why the platform excels over point solutions and opting out.
• Develop messaging frameworks and persona-driven narratives that support the entire funnel, from initial awareness to renewal and expansion.
• Rapidly gain expertise in Grace Hill's market and translate that knowledge into refined positioning.
• Evaluate positioning and messaging against real buyer and pipeline data, making swift revisions when necessary.
• Collaborate with Product, Demand Generation, Sales, and Customer Success to integrate positioning at every stage of the funnel.
• Adapt the same core narrative to resonate differently with various audiences.
• Create sales enablement materials that can be effectively utilized in live conversations, while gathering field feedback on what resonates.
• Lead go-to-market execution for launches and campaigns, overseeing positioning and supporting assets.
• Oversee the development of essential assets (solution briefs, presentations, web content, campaign messaging), ensuring their accuracy without needing to write every detail.
• Monitor the performance of positioning and messaging throughout the funnel (engagement, pipeline velocity, win rates) to prioritize future initiatives.
• Keep content and positioning up-to-date in alignment with platform and packaging developments.
• 4+ years of experience in product marketing within a B2B SaaS environment, demonstrating genuine ownership of positioning and messaging rather than solely focusing on content or campaign execution.
• Direct experience in guiding a company from offering individual products to adopting a cohesive platform narrative.
• Proficient in full-funnel marketing: you have influenced positioning across awareness, consideration, conversion, and expansion stages.
• Experience in marketing to niche or vertical markets.
• Background in multifamily or real estate is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Comfortable with data: you leverage it for positioning decisions and recognize when to discontinue or pivot a message.
• A strong cross-functional collaborator who builds trust across teams and modifies communication style based on the audience.
• A clear inclination toward testing and iterating rather than striving for perfection on the initial attempt.
• Excellent writing skills are expected, though this role is not content-centric.
• Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Asana, Google Workspace, or similar is a plus.
• Bonus: Experience or familiarity with real estate, proptech, or learning & development tools.
