This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Responsible for the value proposition, positioning, and messaging by persona and segment in Positioning & Go-to-Market (GTM).
• Develop Ripio B2B’s yearly Product Marketing plan, coordinating launches, campaigns, and content initiatives.
• Equip the Sales team with materials that expedite enterprise deals.
• Create thought leadership content on stablecoins, crypto infrastructure, regulation, and payment methods in Latin America.
• Oversee the B2B marketing stack, budget, and vendor relationships.
• Minimum of 5 years of pertinent experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, or related Go-to-Market (GTM) and technical roles, preferably within fintech, payments, crypto/blockchain, infrastructure, or B2B SaaS.
• Demonstrated success in marketing technical products to B2B/Enterprise audiences, including technically-oriented buyers such as developers, solution architects, and product managers.
• Strong capability to influence and collaborate across various functions.
• Practical experience in executing demand generation strategies and comprehensive B2B marketing.
• Experience in building a marketing stack from the ground up.
• Proactive attitude with exceptional execution skills.
• Genuine passion for crypto, stablecoins, payments, or fintech infrastructure.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Spanish language skills are a significant advantage.
