This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Achieving new orders and market share targets for the product by developing and implementing the product marketing plan.
• Conducting clinical and industry trend analyses, as well as market share and competitive assessments, including win/loss tracking to determine product and commercial growth strategies.
• Quantifying and prioritizing market opportunities.
• Gathering and prioritizing recommendations for product introductions and improvements while analyzing the competitive landscape.
• Identifying budget requirements to ensure effective execution.
• Coordinating research to evaluate market and customer environments, discovering unmet needs, buying cycles, and personas.
• Recognizing customers’ clinical and economic needs, values, and desired benefits.
• Creating a global market requirements document that prioritizes customer segments and business opportunities.
• Identifying and assessing market and distribution risks and formulating a plan to mitigate those risks.
• Collaborating with Global Segment Marketing Managers, Regional Product Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, and Global Design to contribute to the product development roadmap and to develop, test, and prototype new product concepts.
• Partnering with Regional Product Marketing to conduct installed base analysis to define programs that enhance customer loyalty, share of wallet, and retention.
• Working alongside Product Management to incorporate these programs into product roadmaps.
• Formulating a plan and budget for evidence generation to support selected NPI’s and existing products.
• Providing inputs to support the business case for NPI (including target pricing) and product positioning.
• Defining brand elements (naming & trademarks), value propositions, and competitive positioning claims roadmap for both new and existing products.
• Interviewing professional societies and advocacy groups to identify and select KOL’s for thought leadership and awareness initiatives.
• Assisting in the development of regional KOL’s in collaboration with Regional teams and executing a global product launch plan, which includes value propositions, segmentation/positioning, target pricing, awareness & advocacy strategies, channel strategy, and sales enablement (in coordination with Regional Product Marketing).
• Coordinating the creation of marketing assets and product training materials (in partnership with Marketing Services).
• Developing programs that enhance the customer experience of the installed base to support retention efforts.
• Leveraging Gold Standard marketing practices and skills to craft a global marketing plan aimed at increasing global orders and market share.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Engineering, Physics, Marketing, Business Administration, or other related fields.
• At least 10 years of experience in MR, medical device marketing, sales, or a related field.
• Leadership abilities to guide and/or influence teams and shape and lead growth vision and marketing strategy.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Capability to inspire and lead a team of direct reports.
• Strong analytical and process-oriented skills.
