This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will be responsible for the systems, programs, and content that empower our commercial teams to excel. This encompasses:
• Developing and managing sales enablement materials such as presentations, one-pagers, battlecards, talk tracks, objection handling guides, and RFP content.
• Creating a well-structured Commercial Academy to facilitate onboarding, training, and continuous development for Business Development Managers, Customer Success Managers, and Partners.
• Establishing feedback mechanisms with commercial teams to identify effective content, pinpoint gaps, and suggest areas for enhancement.
• Organizing commercial content to ensure it is accessible and easily retrievable.
• Assessing adoption and effectiveness through metrics like training completion rates, asset utilization, and sales feedback.
• Participating in discussions with customers and prospects to gain insights into buyer challenges, objections, and decision-making criteria.
• Developing scalable enablement systems that allow commercial teams to quickly and confidently access knowledge.
• In addition to enablement, you will also engage in broader Product Marketing initiatives as priorities shift. This includes:
• Crafting product positioning and messaging.
• Translating intricate product features into clear value propositions for customers.
• Assisting with go-to-market strategies and vertical campaigns.
• Helping to validate messaging through customer and market feedback.
• Contributing to analyst relations and market-facing initiatives as needed.
• Supporting content development across various commercial and marketing channels.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Product Marketing within B2B SaaS, fintech, or another complex commercial setting.
• A strong grasp of positioning, messaging, buyer journeys, and go-to-market principles.
• Proven experience in creating sales enablement content, including playbooks, battlecards, presentations, training resources, and sales tools.
• Experience collaborating directly with Sales, Customer Success, or commercial teams.
• The capability to distill complex products and translate technical functionalities into customer-centric outcomes.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• A meticulous approach to content management and enablement programs.
• A genuine curiosity about customers, markets, and commercial strategies.
• A hands-on approach with the ability to navigate between strategic thinking and execution.
• We seek an individual who goes beyond basic AI application and effectively utilizes AI tools to enhance productivity, automate workflows, and scale enablement efforts. You should be able to provide practical examples of how you have employed AI to address challenges, enhance processes, or develop more efficient working methods.
