This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Messaging about AI capabilities for developers: Contributed to the architecture of messaging and proof points for Neo4j’s AI features, aimed at technical, developer, and AI-engineering audiences. Transform GraphRAG, agents, agent memory, and Cypher AI into compelling, unique narratives that honor developer intelligence.
• Technology integrations: Take ownership of the positioning and messaging for Neo4j’s integration ecosystem, which includes agent frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex), MCP servers, cloud and data-platform partners (Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft), as well as the connectors and APIs that developers create. Ensure the ecosystem narrative is a central part of the main story, rather than an afterthought.
• Sales enablement infrastructure: Develop and sustain the enablement tools that convert capability narratives into field actions: first-call presentations, conversation tracks, objection-handling guides, discovery question repositories, demo direction, and live training. Structure it as a system that the field will actively use, rather than a collection of isolated presentations.
• Win-loss analysis: Collaborate with sales, sales engineering, and revenue operations to implement structured win-loss programs. Identify patterns by competitor, segment, and use case, and relay insights back into messaging and product focus areas.
• Sales enablement: Create and provide enablement resources that empower global sales teams and SEs to manage competitive scenarios with assurance. This encompasses objection-handling guides, conversation tracks, discovery question repositories, demo direction, and live training sessions.
• Launch support: Collaborate on launches of AI capabilities and integrations, taking charge of messaging, demos, and enablement aimed at developers to ensure each release resonates with the field and the community.
• Customer zero: Engage with the product as our developers do. Prototype with it, create demonstrations, and infuse that hands-on credibility into every narrative you present.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline; an MBA is advantageous. 3+ years of experience in product marketing, developer marketing, sales enablement, or go-to-market strategies within the technology/software sector.
• Direct experience in marketing to a developer or technical-practitioner audience, preferably within data infrastructure, databases, developer tools, or AI/ML platforms.
• Demonstrated success in creating sales enablement resources that are actively utilized in the field: first-call presentations, playbooks, objection handling, and certification, along with experience in managing or contributing to a structured win/loss program.
• Technical aptitude to engage with the product, interpret documentation and architecture diagrams, and develop a defensible perspective. You don't need to be an engineer currently, but you should be capable of quickly grasping complex technical categories.
• Excellent writing and presentation abilities. You can easily craft a one-page play and design a 30-minute certification session.
• Proven capacity to collaborate across product, sales, sales engineering, DevRel, and partner marketing, and to advance initiatives through influence rather than authority.
• Familiarity with GraphRAG, agents, vector databases, knowledge graphs, or GenAI architectures is a significant plus. Comfort with using AI tools in your own workflow is expected; we are an agent-native team.
• Medical, dental, and vision benefits
• 401(k)
• Paid time off
• Certain leaves of absence
• Stock option grant and eligibility for annual bonuses
