This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Propel business outcomes by crafting innovative ideas, testing assumptions, and evaluating performance metrics.
• Enhance R&D efforts by discovering, developing, and evaluating new marketing and product strategies through competitor analysis and both quantitative and qualitative research — directly affecting marketing and product decisions.
• Establish an A/B testing framework in collaboration with analytics and engineering teams.
• Work closely with marketing, creative, and product teams to consistently refine acquisition strategies.
• Perform market research while continuously generating fresh ideas and hypotheses.
• Over 3 years of experience in product marketing, growth, product management, or CRO roles.
• Demonstrated success in leading business functions and managing teams effectively.
• A combination of analytical skills, creativity, and systematic execution — capable of transforming ambitious ideas into functional tools.
• Extensive knowledge in A/B testing, user research, experimentation, and MarTech.
• Ability to thrive in uncertain environments, with rapid learning and flexibility.
• Proficiency in English at a B2+ level.
