This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take ownership of the go-to-market strategy for essential Visier solutions, promoting growth through new customer acquisition, expansion, and retention efforts.
• Create and implement unique positioning and messaging that effectively conveys business value, giving Visier a competitive advantage.
• Serve as the voice of the customer, translating insights and market trends into actionable strategies for product development, sales, and marketing.
• Oversee product and feature launches, ensuring they have a measurable impact on brand awareness, sales pipeline, and user adoption.
• Equip the sales team with engaging narratives, tools, and training that enhance conversion rates, influence deal outcomes, and reduce sales cycles.
• Collaborate with marketing to drive high-performing campaigns, ensuring alignment of messaging and targeting across various channels.
• Assess impact and continuously improve by utilizing feedback from sales, customer insights, win/loss analysis, and usage patterns to refine the go-to-market strategy.
• Work collaboratively across departments, including Product, Sales, and Customer Success, to ensure strategic alignment and cohesive execution.
• 5-7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing.
• Proven success in leading strategic product marketing initiatives that have directly driven growth, customer adoption, or market expansion.
• Ability to articulate complex technical features into clear, persuasive business value for senior stakeholders.
• Strong commercial awareness—you think in terms of revenue impact, market opportunities, and buyer motivations.
• Outstanding communication and storytelling abilities—you excel at simplifying complexity and inspiring action through well-crafted messaging.
• A profound curiosity about your market, customers, and how your product operates within a larger business ecosystem.
• Confidence in navigating uncertainty—you lead amidst ambiguity and establish a clear direction forward.
• Bonus points for domain knowledge or experience in HR technology, analytics, workforce planning, or related fields.
• The salary offered will be influenced by factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, knowledge, and skills.
