This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.
• Take charge of the pre-signup web funnel—developing strategies and optimizing essential website elements to effectively convey value and encourage users to begin the sign-up process.
• Conduct and assess A/B tests on messaging, layout, and user experience to consistently enhance conversion rates and expedite learning.
• Spot and capitalize on conversion opportunities by examining traffic patterns, funnel behavior, and user intent.
• Work closely with the Sign-up, Marketing, and Brand teams to guarantee a cohesive and synchronized experience throughout the acquisition journey.
• Utilize data and user insights to inform decision-making, establish success metrics, and validate hypotheses.
• Foster a robust experimentation culture, promoting a test-and-learn approach among the team and across functional partners.
• Draft clear product requirements and oversee execution with Engineering, Design, and QA to deliver swift, high-quality enhancements.
• Growth mindset & experimentation: You are constantly exploring new methods for driving user acquisition, validating hypotheses through A/B testing and conversion rate optimization, drawing from your experience in growth marketing, SEO/landing page optimization, and product-led growth.
• User empathy & psychology: You possess a profound understanding of user needs, motivations, and behaviors, leveraging insights to create compelling narratives that boost conversion.
• Commercial acumen: You have a strong understanding of subscription-based business models and the primary growth drivers.
• Strong analytical skills: You are proficient in data analysis, KPI measurement, and making informed decisions. You have hands-on experience with analytics tools and are comfortable working with platforms like Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or similar.
• Excellent organizational and strategic thinking abilities: You can balance immediate impact with long-term vision, effectively prioritizing initiatives.
• Great communication skills: You excel in cross-functional teams and can clearly convey insights, priorities, and strategies.
• Leadership experience: You are a seasoned leader who provides clarity, fosters alignment, and empowers cross-functional teams toward meaningful outcomes.
• It's an advantage if you also possess: Experience in subscription or consumer health technology, knowledge of SEO or content marketing, experience in optimizing funnels across multiple markets, and people management experience.
