Product Manager – User Notification

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement both the short- and long-term roadmap for the notifications strategy, ensuring a balance between business objectives and technical excellence;

• Formulate policies and guidelines for Notifications and spearhead governance on this subject throughout the organization;

• Establish prioritization criteria and contact pressure limits to promote a positive user experience and prevent notification fatigue;

• Discover channel opportunities to lower acquisition costs and enhance Lifetime Value (LTV), aiding in the creation of intelligent engagement journeys;

• Track essential KPIs such as delivery rate, CTR, attributed conversions, and the effects on notification opt-outs;

• Evolve the existing notifications platform into a sophisticated channel orchestrator.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated success as a Product Manager in digital products, technical CRM, or messaging channels;

• Previous experience in Marketplaces is advantageous;

• Proven experience in managing messaging infrastructure costs (particularly for WhatsApp and SMS);

• Knowledge of APIs and automation tools (e.g., Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Insider, or proprietary solutions);

• Strong grasp of Growth metrics and the influence of notification channels on the conversion funnel;

• Ability to derive insights from large datasets to inform evidence-based decision-making;

• Understanding of Machine Learning models related to channel propensity and send-time optimization;

• Comfortable working in diverse and multidisciplinary environments (including Engineering, Design, and Marketing).
