Product Manager, Trust

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the representative voice for customers, gaining a deep understanding of our product offerings, including potential fraud risks and vulnerabilities.

• Collaborate closely with Compliance, Finance, Operations, and Data teams to identify and comprehend requirements.

• Work alongside cross-functional colleagues to outline, prioritize, and execute a roadmap and product that significantly enhance financial risk management and our fraud prevention strategy.

• Take ownership of our Fraud KPIs and collaborate with Data and Finance teams to refine their definitions as necessary.

• Develop and monitor success metrics for various features and initiatives, focusing on operational efficiencies.

• Encourage and inspire cross-functional teams through a mindset of inclusivity and collaboration.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in product management.

• At least 2 years of that experience in trust or fraud-related teams.

• A strongly experimental mindset that fosters innovation in the face of uncertainty or ambiguity.

• Extensive experience collaborating with designers and user researchers.

• Empathy and ability to engage with a diverse range of cross-functional colleagues and stakeholders.

• Resourcefulness, practicality, and a readiness to take initiative.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Passion and experience in Bitcoin and Fintech are advantageous.
