This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada, +3 more states.
• The Product Manager is responsible for leading the strategy and enhancing the commercial performance of a range of software and equipment products, while collaborating with Product Owners to ensure successful execution.
• This position is accountable for product P&L, fostering growth, and aligning product direction with business objectives and market opportunities.
• By utilizing customer and market insights, the Product Manager creates value-driven solutions, aids in go-to-market execution, and collaborates cross-functionally to achieve significant results.
• Define and oversee the long-term product vision and multi-year roadmap across various product lines (e.g., IntelliVIEW, eShop, Equipment Software).
• Manage product-level P&L, focusing on revenue growth, profitability, and market penetration.
• Track product performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize value and ROI.
• Conduct in-depth market analysis including CM/LBM trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies (e.g., automation, CAD/CAM, cloud solutions).
• Develop and support go-to-market strategies for new products and significant releases.
• Equip sales teams with training on product positioning, competitive differentiation, and handling objections.
• Engage in key customer meetings, sales cycles, and industry events to facilitate growth and gather insights.
• Establish and maintain relationships with strategic accounts and industry influencers.
• Suggest and prioritize product investments based on ROI, customer impact, and strategic alignment.
• Communicate product vision, strategy, and performance metrics to executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure coordination across Product Owners, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Support, and Operations.
• Translate business strategy into clear directives for Product Owners and delivery teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is advantageous.
• Over 6 years of experience working as a Product Owner within a development team.
• Proven experience in product management with a focus on product strategy and roadmaps.
• Knowledge of Customer-Back Innovation (CBI) or similar stage-gate processes.
• Certification as a Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) is preferred.
• Experience in software product strategy and management, demonstrating value delivery.
• Familiarity with complex customer environments and/or relevant industry knowledge.
• Experience leading software product development in an Agile setting using frameworks such as Scrum and SAFe.
• Excellent team/project management, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Capacity to be flexible and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
