This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Assist the Senior Product Manager in various strategic operational workstreams.
• Convert business priorities into precise technical product specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans, while leading scoping discussions and generating clear written outputs.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, UX, and Client Success teams to define, prioritize, and implement high-impact capabilities.
• Oversee the execution of discovery, planning, development, testing, release, and post-launch iterations, taking full ownership of roadmap development projects from requirements to delivery, release readiness, and post-development documentation and enablement.
• Establish and uphold a consistent intake and triage process for enhancement requests and operational tasks, ensuring comprehensive capture of context, impact, dependencies, and suggested priority for leadership decision-making.
• Create and maintain a prioritized overview of significant platform risks and ongoing operational gaps, alerting product leadership to risks early and clearly to aid in prioritization decisions.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment, manage dependencies, timelines, risks, and status reporting across various initiatives.
• Analyze data, client feedback, and market indicators to guide product decisions and enhance feature value.
• Manage product documentation, release notes, internal enablement materials, and stakeholder communication.
• Assist in discussions with clients and internal teams to clarify requirements, validate use cases, and ensure successful implementation.
• Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, etc.) to enhance outcomes, including drafting communications, data analysis, prompt engineering, and documentation.
• Minimum of 2 years in Technical Product Management, Product Management, or technical project leadership within a software company.
• Preferred experience with products related to data, AI, eCommerce, marketplace, pricing, or content optimization.
• Proven experience collaborating closely with Engineering and Data Science teams on APIs, data workflows, analytics, or automation capabilities.
• Demonstrated capability to transform ambiguous requests into clear specifications (user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation) and drive projects to completion across cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with reading and interpreting API requirements and technical documentation (including REST concepts, authentication patterns, payloads, and basics of webhooks).
