Product Manager, Stores – Sales and Levers

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the development and advancement of a range of digital products, from initial concept through to post-launch stages.

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of user challenges and market trends, fostering alignment, problem exploration, and brainstorming sessions with squads, stakeholders, partners, and users.

• Direct experiments to validate hypotheses, documenting and disseminating learnings for product enhancement.

• Establish and oversee product metrics and objectives (OKRs), along with the product roadmap.

• Conduct prioritization ceremonies for iterations (such as PI planning, release planning, etc.) with team members and stakeholders.

• Guide refinement and agile practices in collaboration with the engineering team.

• Motivate the development team around the purpose of the product, showcasing its value to the GB ecosystem (customers, employees, consultants, resellers, partners, and society).

• Promote digital transformation and a culture of product management within the department.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in working with digital products as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in analogous roles.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, and/or others).

• A data-oriented profile, capable of converting data into insights by analyzing various data sources to pinpoint significant impacts/relevance for the product, as well as integrating quantitative analyses with qualitative research to formulate hypotheses and make informed decisions.

• Business-focused product mindset, able to align company strategy and priorities with product objectives.

• Understanding of user experience, design, and innovation principles and practices.

• A proactive mindset, willing to challenge the status quo alongside peers and product leadership and related areas.

• Proficient in building relationships and collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.

• Strong and clear communication skills in written, spoken, and presentation formats.

• Excellent planning and organizational capabilities.

• Comfortable operating in a dynamic and evolving environment.
