This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• As a Product Manager Specialist II, you will take on the key responsibility of overseeing and integrating the RGM and Demand ecosystem. This unified platform encompasses areas such as Portfolio Management and Campaign Management, effectively merging Sell-in and Sell-out operations. You will be instrumental during a vital transition stage, balancing the upkeep of a legacy system with the development of a new data- and AI-driven architecture.
• Integration of Complex Ecosystems: Spearhead the creation of a cohesive platform, possessing a thorough understanding of the interconnections among various modules (Planning, Campaigns, Pricing, Simulators) and ensuring that technical advancements directly correspond to business value;
• Resilience and Stakeholder Management: Serve as the link of trust between Technology and Business sectors. You will need to manage expectations concerning accumulated technical debt, re-establish alignment with planners, and address executive requirements, negotiating priorities between sustaining the current model (As-Is) and building the future solution (To-Be);
• Delivery Management and Value Focus: Decompose large, intricate projects into incremental value deliveries (MVPs). You will outline the functional scope of each phase (e.g., centralized data view, automatic recalculation) and be accountable for excluding non-priority features based on return on investment (ROI) and adoption metrics;
• Change Management: Guide user transition by crafting highly usable solutions to reduce reliance on parallel spreadsheets, ensuring the new platform is adopted naturally in collaboration with stakeholders;
• Data and AI Orientation: Utilize GenAI for automation and guarantee transparency (explainability) of predictive models, aiming to enhance planners' confidence, minimize bias from manual interventions, and perpetually improve error indicators;
• Mentorship and Raising Standards: Function as a senior reference within the team, disseminating best practices for continuous discovery, methodologies for breaking down deliveries, and strategic documentation applied to RGM and Planning.
• Problem Solving and Systemic Vision: Experience in managing fragmented ecosystems, with a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end information architecture (data, application, integrations) and the consequences of decisions on cross-functional processes;
• Executive Communication and Conflict Management: Exceptional ability to tailor communication for diverse audiences. You must effectively translate technical debt challenges and operational incidents to business directors while conveying planning operation requirements to engineering teams;
• Product Experience (Specialist Level): Extensive experience in managing highly complex digital products. Proficient in discovery dynamics, roadmap definition in uncertain scenarios, and tracking success metrics (Adoption, CSAT, Efficiency);
• Autonomy Under Pressure: Professional maturity to operate independently in high-pressure operational situations (e.g., incidents during planning cycles), leading crisis resolution and guiding the team in developing structural solutions.
