Product Manager – Specialist I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• In the role of PM I (Spec I), you will assume the position of the PM 'Pain Owner', spearheading intricate solutions that integrate data intelligence with the franchisee experience. Your responsibilities will extend beyond mere backlog maintenance to encompass strategic orchestration.

• Strategic Leadership & Accountability: You will guide the product strategy within your MAR scope, holding ultimate responsibility for achieving success metrics (Outcomes) and generating business impact.

• Orchestration of Complex Discovery: You will engage in thorough, ongoing discovery processes, bridging Data, Engineering, and Business sectors to address challenges that necessitate a high degree of systemic interdependence.

• Builder Mindset: Your role will involve much more than drafting user stories. You will design comprehensive solutions, gaining insight into data flows, architecture, and the implications of decisions on the sales operation's frontline.

• Stakeholder Management & Shared Responsibility: You will align expectations, manage dependencies, and collaboratively build roadmaps with leaders, executives, and co-responsible PMs, demonstrating leadership through influence and example.

• Value Engineering & Critical Decisions: You will prioritize initiatives grounded in thorough analysis (facts, data, and return on investment), possessing the ability to decline proposals and make tough decisions in uncertain situations.

• Serve as a technical and methodological resource, fostering the development of product, data, and documentation culture among fellow PMs on the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Product Management Experience: A proven history of managing technology products, ideally within complex ecosystems (e.g., retail, e-commerce).

• AI in Daily Work: Hands-on experience (or extensive applied knowledge) in utilizing AI/GenAI to enhance products, whether through feature prototyping or employing tools (e.g., LLMs, automations) to expedite the product management process.

• Data Culture: Proficiency in data analysis (SQL knowledge is a plus) to inform decisions and evaluate the success of deliverables.

• Agile Methodologies: Expertise in discovery and delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
