Product Manager – Self-Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kazakhstan.

📋 Description

• Leverage product analytics on a daily basis to pinpoint friction areas, identify growth opportunities, and detect anomalies within the self-service experience, transforming these insights into actionable product solutions.

• Develop hypotheses grounded in data, validate them through metrics and user behavior, and convert confirmed insights into the product roadmap.

• Ensure that planning and prioritization are based on metrics and anticipated impact, guaranteeing that roadmap decisions are consistently supported by data rather than subjective opinions.

• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to plan and implement features and enhancements; maintain transparency regarding timelines across various projects.

• Integrate quantitative data with qualitative research (support tickets, surveys, interviews) to gain a comprehensive understanding of user behavior and needs in a self-service environment.

• Manage both internal and external documentation while disseminating data findings across teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in product management within SaaS, e-commerce, fintech, or gaming, preferably with a focus on self-service or product-led growth products.

• Exceptional analytical skills: proficient in SQL, with practical experience using product analytics tools (such as Amplitude, GA4, or Looker), as well as conducting funnel and cohort analysis.

• Demonstrated ability to extract insights from data, formulate hypotheses, and validate them effectively.

• Proven history of making product decisions and enhancements driven by data analysis.

• Strong problem-solving abilities, a proactive attitude, and meticulous attention to detail.

• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira/Confluence.

• Nice to Have: Experience in payments, game commerce, or developer-oriented platforms; practical knowledge of BigQuery, Tableau, or Python for data analysis.
