Product Manager – Search

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the entire lifecycle of the Main App Search product at Binance, which includes the Discovery Page, Search Result Page, and more.

• Enhance key business metrics such as trade conversion, CTR, and overall business traffic through methodical product iterations and effective roadmap planning.

• Independently manage requirements, draft PRDs, coordinate engineering implementation, launch new features, and monitor results from start to finish.

• Collaborate extensively with engineering, business, and data teams; act as the first responder to address and resolve online incidents and issues promptly.

• Gain a deep understanding of crypto user behavior, distinguish between new and experienced users, and refine the search experience and conversion rates accordingly.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in developing search product features.

• Ability to translate complex information requirements into clear product solutions, ensuring high data accuracy and minimal latency.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams (Operations, Tech) to optimize search production and distribution workflows.

• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin to facilitate effective communication with global stakeholders.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field; a technical or engineering background is an advantage for bridging product and tech challenges.
