Product Manager – RCM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Launch the human-powered service and tracking layer, implementing the system to generate training data for our agents.

• Develop agents that gradually take over billing workflows, transitioning from supervised to autonomous as they demonstrate reliability.

• Design the orchestration layer that billers utilize to supervise, approve, and amend agents, ensuring every correction enhances the system.

• Establish pricing, packaging, and the service commitments we provide to our customers.

• Lead the public launch and initial scaling across operations, including hiring, capacity planning, and profit and loss management.

• Act as Blueprint’s insurance billing expert and collaborate with our core EHR team to shape the roadmap.

⛳️ Requirements

• You are an AI-native product builder who has successfully launched RCM, claims, or insurance billing products, preferably on the provider side.

• You have developed something from 0 to 1 with a genuine operations layer, such as a managed service, marketplace, or human-in-the-loop workflow.

• You have experience building LLM or agent workflows in production and are deeply involved with AI in your own projects.

• You can recruit, lead, and learn from billers, treating them as product partners rather than mere ticket-takers.

• You are eager to think like a General Manager, not just a Product Manager. You are ready to take ownership of pricing, operations, profit and loss, and scaling decisions.

• You can model hours per account, gross margin, and customer acquisition cost payback without relying on Finance.

• You have a solid understanding of small to medium-sized businesses and self-serve models. The customer is a solo therapist spending $300–$600 monthly, not a hospital CFO.

• You excel in early-stage uncertainty and are enthusiastic about taking ownership of significant initiatives from start to finish.
