This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +1 more state.
• Assist in the formulation of product strategy and roadmaps while collaborating with Senior Managers, Directors of Product, and the product team.
• Develop hypotheses and scope for MVPs to achieve product objectives, focusing on reusable platform capabilities and scalable shared services.
• Examine product and business data to generate data-driven insights and foster iterative development.
• Foster a positive experience for team members.
• Manage direct engagement with business stakeholders, including gathering detailed business requirements, use cases, and proposing suitable solutions.
• Serve as a product subject matter expert for sales and sales support.
• Develop user stories, requirements, and functional specifications for development purposes.
• Partner with the User Experience team to craft user interfaces and user flows.
• Promote consistency in platforms and encourage service reuse across various teams and products.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and architecture teams to outline scalable platform services, APIs, and shared service integrations.
• Provide support for Customer Operations and client training as necessary.
• Work alongside the development team to estimate workload and execute according to the plan.
• Coordinate with Development, QA, and Production Support teams to communicate, verify, and test the required functionality changes.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in product management or as a business analyst.
• Familiarity with Agile software delivery methodologies is essential.
• Experience in corporate tax (such as indirect tax and property tax) is an advantage.
• Proficiency in modern AI tools (e.g., LLMs, copilots, prompt-based workflows) with a proven record of their application in product discovery, requirement generation, analysis, and operational efficiency.
• Exceptional written, visual, and verbal communication abilities.
• Outstanding attention to detail.
• Minimal supervisory responsibilities, which may include training employees, assigning tasks, and reviewing work for accuracy and completeness.
