Product Manager – Postpaid Credit Card

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Establish and implement the strategy for issuing postpaid credit cards.

• Articulate the product vision with an emphasis on the billing and delinquency (collections) process.

• Act as the primary liaison between Product and Compliance/Legal departments.

• Execute initiatives that create value for the organization.

• Eliminate obstacles and oversee large-scale project delivery.

• Contribute to the overall strategic vision of the product.

• Utilize data to inform decision-making processes.

• Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and data teams.

• Ensure engagement from all relevant company departments and stakeholders.

• Prior experience as a Product Manager in card products.

• Strong analytical abilities, including data synthesis and decision-making.

• Intermediate proficiency in Digital Product Management.

• Knowledge of fee structures and dynamics of late payment interest.

• Capability to read and comprehend partner API documentation.

• Intermediate understanding of data analysis and essential product metrics.

• Basic knowledge of SQL.
