This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Take charge of and enhance the visitor-to-registration funnel by analyzing user behavior to pinpoint drop-offs and areas of friction.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Acquisition teams to ensure alignment on campaign objectives, traffic quality, and conversion effectiveness.
• Manage the complete registration process, partnering with Compliance to achieve smooth KYC integration.
• Work in close partnership with Design to create intuitive onboarding experiences that quickly guide users to their first value.
• Serve as the main point of contact for product-related inquiries and updates concerning the specific areas of responsibility.
• Engage closely with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to gather requirements and set expectations.
• Present product strategies, progress, and outcomes to the Head of Product and other important stakeholders.
• Conduct training sessions and provide expert support to internal teams to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the product.
• Supervise the entire product development lifecycle, ensuring timely and budget-compliant project deliveries.
• Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to guarantee the quality of features delivered.
• Assist in the quality assurance process by reviewing product modifications and enhancements to confirm compliance with regulatory standards, user needs, and industry best practices.
• Track product performance, collect user feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze user behavior to foster innovation and enhancements that elevate product functionality, usability, and customer satisfaction.
• Implement data-driven enhancements to improve product functionality, usability, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with customer success and support teams to address issues and discover growth opportunities.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in the iGaming industry with a strong emphasis on product knowledge and user experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in product management, development, or a related role within the iGaming field.
• Profound understanding of the iGaming industry, including market trends, user behaviors, and the regulatory landscape.
• Familiarity with various types of iGaming products such as online casinos, sports betting, and poker.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the aptitude to extract actionable insights from complex data sets.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related discipline; an advanced degree is a plus.
